Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet, chocolaty. Baking chocolate, pink grapefruit, pie cherry, cedar, agave syrup in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of baking chocolate and pie cherry.
