Blind Assessment
Rich-toned, brightly and sweetly herbaceous. Pineapple, cocoa nib, bay leaf, tangerine, lavender in aroma and cup. Sweet-savory structure with sparkling acidity; syrupy, viscous mouthfeel. Cocoa-driven finish with undertones of pineapple and lavender.
Notes
Produced by Galo Fernando Morales Flores and Maria Alexandra Rivera of Finca Cruz Loma, entirely of the Sidra variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Bottom Line
A richly floral, sweetly herbaceous, complex, deep-toned Ecuador Sidra, vibrant and engaging.
