Blind Assessment
Deeply chocolaty, rich-toned. Dark chocolate, hazelnut butter, magnolia, pear, cedar in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Crisp, sweetly nutty finish.
