Blind Assessment
Simultaneously lushly sweet and tartly zesty. Cocoa, tart lemon, maraschino cherry, molasses in aroma and cup. Richly round acidity; syrupy mouthfeel. Sweetness carries from cup to finish, cushioning a continued suggestion of bitterish citrus zest.
