Blind Assessment
Deep-toned, complex. Bing cherry, cocoa nib, butterscotch, rhododendron, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with juicy, bright acidity; very smooth, syrupy mouthfeel. Resonant, nuanced, long finish.
