Blind Assessment
Big, bright, lushly complex. Fragrant eucalyptus, dark chocolate, jammy black currant, white flowers in aroma and cup. Very sweet acidity, tart yet pure and smooth. Syrupy mouthfeel. Exquisitely clean, deep, juicy finish.
