Blind Assessment
Balanced, richly bittersweet. Cocoa powder, prairie flowers, date, lily, fresh-cut oak in aroma and cup. Savory-sweet structure with bittersweet acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. The gently drying finish centers around notes of cocoa powder and fir.
