Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Plum, peach, pungent cedar, dark chocolate in aroma and small cup, with the dark chocolate intensifying in the cup. Impressively round, creamy mouthfeel. Flavor fades rather quickly in the finish. In two parts milk the chocolate predictably rounds and sweetens, with continued echoes of plummy fruit.

Who Should Drink It
Versatile if short-finishing blend: balanced, complexly layered straight shot displaying delicately nuanced chocolate in short milk.
