Blind Assessment
Spice-toned, floral. Lavender, almond, apricot, fresh-cut fir, brown sugar in aroma and cup. Crisply sweet structure with brisk acidity; velvety mouthfeel. Wood-framed finish with undertones of lavender and almond.
Notes
Yirgacheffe coffees like this one are largely produced from traditional Ethiopian landrace varieties of Arabica long grown in the region.
