Blind Assessment
Deep-toned, bright and lively. Pomegranate, dark chocolate, pineapple saltwater taffy, almond butter, key lime in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with high-toned, balanced acidity; crisp, lightly satiny mouthfeel. The fruit-toned finish is complex and long, centered around notes of pineapple saltwater taffy, key lime and rich dark chocolate.

Bottom Line
A classic washed Guji cup — fruit-centered with deep chocolate notes and an especially long, layered finish.
