Blind Assessment
Tropical, multi-layered. Guava, passion fruit, honey, cocoa nib, ginger blossom in aroma and cup. Apple-like (malic) acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Fruity, high-toned finish.
Notes
Produced by Wolde Hirbe, from local heirloom varieties of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit) at the Adame Gorbota Cooperative. Based in southern Oregon, Noble Coffee Roasting is a wholesale and retail roasting company focused on quality, social responsibility and environmental awareness. Bottom Line
This delicately fruit-forward, natural-processed Ethiopia leads with tropical aromas — both fruit and florals — and delivers in the cup; especially full, viscous body.
