Blind Assessment
Spectacularly and complexly sweet: honey, lilac-like flowers, candied orange, balanced by a crisp roasted cocoa-nib-like chocolate. Delicate but rich acidity; round, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Very sweet, long, flavor-saturated finish.

Who Should Drink It
Exhilaratingly exotic yet accessible, a coffee that should please both casual coffee drinkers and aficionados. Absolutely do not ruin this coffee with sweetener; should be very nice iced.
