Blind Assessment
Richly aromatic, deeply sweet-tart. Black cherry, honeysuckle, cashew butter, baking chocolate, sugar cane in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with winy acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of cashew butter and baking chocolate with hints of black cherry.
