Blind Assessment
Delicately sweet-tart, fruit-toned. Lychee, raspberry, cocoa nib, orange zest, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet, gentle acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Cocoa nib and raspberry notes lead in the pleasing finish.
