Blind Assessment
Cleanly fruit-toned, aromatic wood-framed. Strawberry, sandalwood, almond butter, freesia-like flowers, maple syrup in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with crisp, fruity acidity; delicate, silky mouthfeel. The finish is all fruit and sandalwood into the long.
