Blind Assessment
Delicate, crisply sweet. Pear, lilac, cocoa nib, maple syrup, oak in aroma and cup. Deeply sweet structure with vibrant acidity; satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The quiet, cocoa-toned finish is animated by suggestions of pear and maple syrup.
