Blind Assessment
Floral-toned, crisply sweet. Freesia, apricot, baking chocolate, tangerine zest, agave syrup in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with brisk acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. The finish leads with notes of freesia and apricot with undertones of baking chocolate.

Bottom Line
A balanced, sweetly-tart washed Ethiopia cup with spicy-sweet floral and bright stone fruit notes throughout.
