Blind Assessment
Bright, gently and lyrically complex. Honey, jasmine-like flowers, kiwi-like fruit, a crisp hint of roasted cacao nib. Delicately bright acidity; buoyant, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Brisk, lightly flavor-saturated finish.
