Blind Assessment
Crisp yet lush aromatics carry from nose to cup: cocoaish milk chocolate, aromatic wood, flowers, ripe orange. As the cup cools the fruit and flowers soften to a voluptuous peach. Delicate but rich acidity, leanish but silky mouthfeel, peach- and chocolate-saturated finish.
