Blind Assessment
Cocoa-toned, gently fruity. Cocoa nib, red plum, caramel, tangerine, lemon verbena in aroma and cup. Bright, sweetly tart acidity; crisp, lightly satiny mouthfeel. Cocoa-driven finish with undertones of tangerine and lemon verbena.
