Blind Assessment
Delicate, balanced, crisply sweet. Honey, lavender-toned flowers, hints of roasted cocoa nib and fresh fig in aroma and cup. Gently brisk acidity; light but silky and lively mouthfeel. Pleasing floral-toned short finish tends to fade in the long.
