Blind Assessment
Bracing and dry. Caramel, roasted cacao nib, rose-like flowers, orange zest in aroma and cup. Cleanly tart acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates around the dry chocolate sensation in a simple but pleasing finish.
