Blind Assessment
(As brewed in a Keurig B70 Platinum single-serve brewing device using a Keurig-compatible capsule containing slightly less than 11 grams of coffee to produce a 6-ounce serving). Sweet-toned, gently citrusy. Hazelnut, orangy citrus, hints of cedar and chocolate in aroma and cup. Quietly balanced acidity; lightly syrupy, lively mouthfeel. The hazelnut in particular carries into a crisply delicate, clean finish.
