Notes
Produced by Juan Guerrero Soto of Finca Don Juan. Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review. Also note that this rating is on the Coffee Review scale, the same scale on which we rate roasted coffees available retail in the specialty marketplace. Santana Coffee has been a family-run specialty coffee producer in the Dominican Republic for more than 100 years. While Santana Coffee has primarily sold coffee locally, it has recently expanded to the German market and is now beginning to export coffee to the U.S. More more information, visit SantanaFruits.com or mail [email protected].
