Crisply sweet, cocoa-toned. Cocoa, baked apple, vanilla bean, elm in aroma and slightly savory cup. Gently rounded acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Baked apple and elm carry into a sweet-savory finish.

Produced by the Ortega family entirely from trees of the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica. This is a wet-processed or “washed” coffee, meaning the fruit skin and pulp were removed from the beans immediately after harvesting and before drying.
