Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Intensely aromatic and sweet. White peach, nougat, jasmine, tamarind, myrrh in aroma and small cup. Plush, syrupy mouthfeel; richly drying, floral-toned finish with continued notes of white peach. In three parts milk, all of the aromatic notes converge, perfumy and complex.
Notes
A seasonal espresso blend comprised of three coffees from Ethiopia: a natural-processed Banko Dhadhato, a wet-processed Hambela and a wet-processed Limu. Bottom Line
A powerhouse Ethiopia espresso blend with a floral-tart composure that maintains its complexity and intensity in both straight shot and milk.
