Blind Assessment
Deep-toned, richly bittersweet. Baking chocolate, pipe tobacco, date, gently scorched mesquite, gardenia in aroma and cup. Bittersweet structure with gentle, round acidity; full, creamy mouthfeel. Crisply chocolaty finish with notes of pipe tobacco and gardenia.

Bottom Line
A deftly darker-roasted blend that’s enticingly smoky-deep, richly chocolaty and gently floral — especially nice with a splash of whole milk.
