Blind Assessment
Richly sweet-toned, floral. Narcissus, baking chocolate, pear, cedar, sugar cane in aroma and cup. Deeply sweet structure with mellow, round acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish centers around notes of baking chocolate and almond butter with a hint of narcissus-like flowers throughout.
Notes
Produced in Holualoa, Kona from trees of the classic Typica variety of Arabica and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp are removed before drying). Kona Roasted showcases single-origin coffees from exceptional Hawai’i farms and farmers in a variety of growing regions. Visit www.konaroasted.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A pretty, laid-back Kona Typica cup: floral and fruit-driven, balanced, complete.
