Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Rich, balanced, deep. In the small cup dark chocolate, apricot-like fruit, almond, a hint of flowers. Full, soft-textured mouthfeel; chocolaty though mildly drying finish. The chocolate, apricot and almond notes mute and soften but maintain character in two parts milk.
