Blind Assessment
Deep-toned, richly chocolaty. Dark chocolate, raspberry coulis, tangerine zest, hazelnut, cedar in aroma and small cup. Creamy-smooth mouthfeel; crisp, chocolaty finish. In three parts milk, both chocolate and raspberry notes are amplified, supported by tangerine zest and cedar.
