Blind Assessment
Sweet, crisply floral- and cocoa-toned. Lavender, cherry blossom, baker’s chocolate, almond in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart acidity; light, silky mouthfeel. Some chocolate carries into a quiet, drying finish.
