Blind Assessment
High-toned, richly sweet. Bing cherry, narcissus, almond butter, lemon verbena, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with bright acidity; crisp, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The finish leads with notes of cherry and lemon verbena, rounding to rich almond notes in the long.
Notes
Comprised entirely of the celebrated Geisha variety of Arabica and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and flesh are removed from the beans before drying). Regent Coffee was founded by Leon and Di Nie who left China to pursue the American dream by way of coffee. With more than 10 years of roasting experience, Regent strives to deliver coffee with care and purpose. Visit regentcoffee.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A bright, balanced, juicy Guatemala Geisha driven by stone fruit, floral and sweet nut notes with undertones of sweet herbs.
