Blind Assessment
Intense, richly bright and harmoniously complex. Aromatic orchid, passionfruit, cocoa nib, lemon verbena, honey in aroma and cup. Deeply sweet-tart in structure, full and syrupy in mouthfeel. Chocolate surfaces distinctly in the long, clean finish.
Notes
Produced at the admired El Injerto farm in the Huehuetenango growing region of Guatemala from trees of the Geisha variety and processed by a refined version of the natural or dried-in-the-fruit method. Euphora is a Taipei-based specialty coffee roaster with an active online community through which all sales are made. Visit www.euphoracoffeestudio.com for more information.
Bottom Line
Both bright yet resonantly deep. Meets the challenge of the tricky natural processing method with clean, striking success.
