Blind Assessment
Richly fruity, crisply chocolaty. Blackberry jam, baking chocolate, fresh-cut fir, molasses, orange zest in aroma and cup. Gentle, sweet-toned acidity; crisp, velvety mouthfeel. Chocolaty finish supported by notes of molasses and fir.
Notes
Produced by Juan Diego de la Cerda of Finca El Socorro, entirely of the Pacamara variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Coffee Bros. is a New York-based “full-spectrum” coffee roaster focused on becoming a carbon-neutral operation. Visit www.coffeebros.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A friendly, easygoing Guatemala Pacamara natural with berry notes front and center and a crisp chocolate throughline.
