Blind Assessment
Simultaneously delicately sweet and richly pungent. Brown sugar, dark chocolate, apricot and peach, fresh-cut cedar, plum blossom in aroma and cup. Soft, balanced acidity; lightly syrupy, lively mouthfeel. Balanced, gently rich finish.

Who Should Drink It
A balanced, quietly complete coffee that gracefully embodies the softly pungent, sweetly seductive tendencies associated with the classic Guatemala Antigua cup.
