Blind Assessment
Exceptionally sweet, lushly fruit-toned. Pistachio, ripe strawberry, baking chocolate, cedar, marjoram in aroma and cup. Juicy in structure; plush in mouthfeel. Fruit floods the short finish, rings on in the long.
Notes
Produced by farmer Don Gerson on Finca San Rafael in the mountains of the Huehuetenango growing region, Guatemala. From trees of the famous Gesha (also spelled Geisha) variety and processed by the natural or dried-in-the-fruit method. Bonlife Coffee Roasters is a woman-owned specialty roaster in Cleveland, Tennessee. Visit www.bonlifecoffee.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A dessert-in-the-cup style coffee; opulent, fruit-toned, chocolaty.
