Blind Assessment
Sweetly tangy, deeply floral. Lily, lemon verbena, peach skin, fir, vanilla yogurt in aroma and cup. Lactic-fruity structure; nectar-like mouthfeel. In the long, balanced finish, raspberry notes emerge.
Notes
Produced at Finca La Victoria, entirely of the Anacafe 14 variety of Arabica, and processed by the anaerobic natural method (fermented and dried in the whole fruit) with the addition of Jocote fruit to the fermentation. Euphora Coffee is a Taipei-based specialty coffee roaster with an active online community through which all sales are made. Visit www.euphoracoffeestudio.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A complex, multi-layered, unabashedly lactic anaerobic natural Guatemala with bold floral and stone fruit notes throughout.
