Blind Assessment
Syrupy, pungent. A particularly fragrant cedar, orange zest, grape, honey and a hint of carob-like chocolate in aroma and cup. Round, resonant, slightly drying acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates in a round, quiet finish.
