Blind Assessment
Richly fruit-toned, juicy and deep. Raspberry, dark chocolate, hazelnut, lemon-thyme, sandalwood in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart with brisk acidity; very full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Dark chocolate notes support the fruit-laden finish.
Notes
Produced at San Jose Las Victorias Estate from the Caturra and Catuai varieties of Arabica and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Euphora Coffee is a Taipei-based specialty coffee roaster with an active online community through which all sales are made. Visit www.euphoracoffeestudio.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A clean, deep-toned Guatemala cup, dried in the whole fruit and gently tart-leaning (think fresh raspberry).
