Rich-toned, balanced, bright. Almond butter, salted caramel, date, freesia, cedar in aroma and cup. Gently bright, sweetly tart acidity; crisp, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Richly nutty finish with undertones of freesia.

Produced by Rodin Ivan Villatoro of Finca Punta del Cerro, entirely of the Bourbon variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
