Blind Assessment
Crisply floral-driven. Violet, date, mandarin orange, cocoa nib, cedar in aroma and cup. Gently brisk acidity, full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of mandarin orange and cocoa nib.
Notes
Produced by Higinio and Aura Gomez of Finca Las Moritas, entirely of the Red Pacamara variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Tipico Coffee is a café and specialty coffee roaster based in Buffalo, New York. Visit www.tipicocoffee.com for more information.
Bottom Line
Pretty florals are the throughline of this cocoa-toned Red Pacamara Guatemala cup, which has an especially appealing, syrupy mouthfeel.
