Blind Assessment
Rich-toned, deeply sweet, complex. Black cherry, nutmeg, dark chocolate, amber narcissus in aroma and cup. Bright, malic acidity; very full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Flavor-saturated finish consolidates to notes of dark chocolate and nutmeg.

Bottom Line
An exceptional washed Guatemala cup with balanced acidity, rich sweetness, a plush mouthfeel and throughlines of warm spices and stone fruit.
