Blind Assessment
Gentle, sweetly tart, delicately complex. Honey, sweet citrus, nut butter, night-blooming flowers in aroma and cup. Soft acidity; leanish but quite silky mouthfeel. Pleasingly rich though rather short finish.

Miguel has recently established Isla Coffee, a producer and distributor of specialty green coffee primarily from Hawaii and Taiwan. This lot is from the 2012 harvest. Paradise Roasters specializes in micro-lot coffees and espressos from Hawaii and other premier coffee growing regions. The company prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit
