Blind Assessment
Crisp, sweetly tart. Lemon zest, pistachio, nutmeg, black currant, wisteria in aroma and cup. Tart, zesty acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The gently drying finish centers around nutmeg and pistachio.
