Blind Assessment
Delicately and richly pungent. Orange zest, rooibos, narcissus-like flowers and baker’s chocolate in aroma and cup. Richly brisk acidity; lightly velvety mouthfeel. Smooth, richly drying finish infused with cocoa and citrus notes.
