Blind Assessment
Rich, round, sweet-toned but briskly dry. Cedary chocolate, maple sugar, plum, roasted nut in aroma and cup. Pronounced but balanced acidity; smooth-textured though drying mouthfeel. Flavor carries powerfully into a long, distinctly drying finish.
