Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet, fruit-toned. Red grape, baking chocolate, Meyer lemon, magnolia, fir in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with round acidity; syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to cocoa-toned red grape and fir.
