Blind Assessment
Chocolaty-sweet, gently fruit-forward. Dark chocolate, watermelon candy, cashew, pink grapefruit zest, fresh-cut oak in aroma and cup. Bright, balanced acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of dark chocolate and pink grapefruit zest.
