Blind Assessment
Tart berry notes, pungent fir, and an enveloping cocoa sweetness in both aroma and cup. Zesty, delicate acidity; silky mouthfeel. The sweet cocoa carries into a roundly balanced finish with a slight savory edge.

Who Should Drink It
Solidly satisfying breakfast cup with a quiet, tartly rich complexity associated with cultivars derived from the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica, in this case, Pacas.
