Blind Assessment
Sweet-savory, muted. Carob, lily, stale raisin, fir, sassafras in aroma and cup. Harsh acidity; thin, inert mouthfeel. Carob-driven finish with undertones of lily and sassafras.
Notes
A blend of coffees from Colombia and Brazil. Central Perk Coffee Co. is Chef Tom Colicchio’s Boston-based cafe with a Friends TV show theme. Visit www.centralperk.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A rather flat, underwhelming blend of coffees from Colombia and Brazil, a bit stale and perhaps roasted too hot.
